Shipping Policy

Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it; Please leave your Phone number and a valid and most frequently used email address for us to contact you if there is anything wrong with your order.
Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to your email box.
For some special styles of items, if customized, it will take at least 10 business days to produce them after we received your successful order so it will cost about a couple of weeks totally for you to get. Please note that if you live in more rural areas it may take a longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters. Hope you can understand.
